Sell Side Desk Privacy Policy 1. What we collect Account details (name, email, phone, company), the material you upload, and activity records such as sign-ins, document opens, downloads and time spent in a deal room. 2. Why we collect it To operate the deal room, to authenticate you, to give the listing broker the audit trail their process requires, and to send transactional email about deals you are part of. 3. Sharing Activity in a deal room is visible to the listing brokerage running it. We use processors for hosting, database, storage and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. 4. Retention Confidentiality agreement records and access logs are retained for the listing broker's compliance needs. Other data is retained while your account is active. 5. Your rights You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Some records tied to an executed confidentiality agreement are retained for legal reasons. 6. Security Access is controlled by row-level database policies, documents are served through short-lived links, and released files carry a per-viewer watermark. 7. Changes Material changes are published with a new version number and existing account holders are asked to accept them before continuing.
